Financial and tax VDD,IT , carve-out, PPA/Valuation structuring for Imerys for the sale of its High Temperature Solutions activity

Imerys is a pillar of French industry, the world leader in specialty minerals for industry. The Group offers solutions based on the valorization of its mineral resources, synthetic minerals and formulations.

High Temperature Solutions is the world leader in refractory solutions, serving more than 6,000 customers in the steel, thermal and foundry markets. The activity is spread over 36 sites in 16 countries.

This transaction should enable Imerys to focus on specialty mineral solutions and capitalize on new financial resources to pursue its development, particularly in markets such as green mobility, sustainable construction and natural solutions for consumer goods.
