Florent joined Eight Advisory at its creation, following the founders when they left one of the Big 4. Initially specialised in restructuring, he participated in 2016 in the acceleration of the practice that will later become Strategy.
Florent specializes in assisting his clients in the design of turnaround plans and their operational implementation. He regularly assists his clients with these strategic issues in foreign countries, within subsidiaries or business units that are losing control. From the design and management of a War Room or CRO Office, he accompanies his clients as close as possible to the operations in direct contact with the company’s C-levels. Florent is specialised in the industry, Hospitality & Leisure and Tech sectors.
Florent’s skills are also applied to companies wishing to change their business model in a short period of time, especially during periods of hyper growth, as he has demonstrated several times in the Tech sector.
