Comitis Capital has acquired The Tofoo Co, the UK’s No. 2 meat-free brand with over 60% market share in tofu. Headquartered in Yorkshire, the company produces tofu and other plant-based products such as tempeh and seitan and has experienced significant growth since 2016.  

The Tofoo Co maintains close relationships with major retailers and continues to expand their food service channel.
