Eight Advisory supported Aerotec Europe, a service provider for aircrafts and airlines, on its acquisition of aviationscouts, an interior provider for airlines, leasing companies, MROs and resellers, by performing financial due diligence.
Aerotec Europe GmbH (AES), is a German-based aircraft maintenance and logistics service provider with 20 years of experience. The company specialises in structural maintenance, various aircraft handling and repair services and cargo transport, among other things. In addition to expanding its services, AES is also striving to be recognised in the circular economy for aircraft interiors.
aviationscouts GmbH, a leading expert in aircraft interiors, was founded in 1998 in Lichtenfels, Germany, and employs around 22 people. The firm offers refurbished aircraft interiors with a focus on service quality and innovative solutions.
Through the acquisition, Aerotec will further expand its services in the field of interior refurbishment and, together with aviationscouts, will be able to offer its customers customised products and services.
