Eight Advisory has advised Planisware on its IPO

Planisware’s clients include leading international corporations, medium-sized companies and public sector organisations. 

Planisware has completed its initial public offering (“IPO”) on Euronext Paris in order to accelerate its growth and consolidate its position as an international market leader. 

Eight Advisory Capital Markets & Financial Engineering, led by Partners Myriam Montillot and Vincent de Montgolfier, acted as financial advisor and partner to Planisware from the initial phase to the preparation of the financial documentation required for the IPO – business plan, KPIs, IFRS transition and prospectus. The team includes Julie Russeil (Manager) and Antoine Du (Manager).
