Maxime Touvet is in charge of the CFO Advisory practice in the Paris office, with a team of about 20 consultants.

He works on projects to transform and optimize the finance function and corporate management, in France and Europe, in the context of LBOs, carve-outs, post-merger / integration, for investment funds and corporations.

His sectors of expertise range from retail to industry, including food and services.

Before joining Eight Advisory in 2015, Maxime worked for 3 years at one of the Big four in France on external audit / statutory audit assignments. In 2008, he joined Bartle Business Consulting, a firm specializing in the transformation and performance of organizations, with private and semi-public players.
