Training begins at Eight Advisory, within the very first few days, with the appointment of a coach: a more experienced employee responsible for supporting the employee in joint missions, the development of skills, and integration within the firm.
All of our employees also benefit, on a daily basis, from the strong involvement of our Partners in the performance of their assignments, in order to optimise the transfer of expertise, and the sharing of experience.
In addition to day-to-day learning, we offer our employees specific training courses for each job, and for each level of seniority.
Modules dedicated to the acquisition of technical skills are offered throughout the year. For the soft skills dimension, we invite consultants from all our offices to meet every year for a seminar dedicated to their level of seniority.
For a consultant analyst, over a hundred hours of training will be provided during the very first year at the firm!
