A training programme for everyone

At Eight Advisory, training begins in the first few days, with the appointment of a mentor: a more experienced member of staff responsible for supporting the new recruit in joint assignments, developing skills and integrating into the firm.

All of our employees also benefit from the close involvement of our Partners in their day-to-day work, in order to optimise the transfer of expertise and learning process.

In addition to day-to-day learning, we offer our employees specific training courses for each job, and for each level of seniority.

Modules dedicated to the acquisition of technical skills are offered throughout the year. For the soft skills dimension, we invite consultants from all our offices to meet every year for a seminar dedicated to their level of seniority.

For a consultant analyst, over a hundred hours of training will be provided during the very first year at the firm!

A high level of involvement in the training of our staff

Our teams are strongly committed to the training of newcomers, and an international team of consultants from the firm is in charge of designing and organising all the technical training essential for learning and advancing in the profession.
