Eight Advisory provided financial due diligence support to Azzurri Group as part of its refinancing
Azzurri Group, the TowerBrook Capital Partners-backed hospitality investment platform, has completed a successful refinancing with a new four-and-a-half-year facility consisting of a senior term loan, a new capital acquisition facility and upweighted revolving credit facility. The refinancing will deliver enhanced financial flexibility as it continues to invest in the platform and expansion of its brands across the UK and Europe.
