Eight Advisory supported Hansea on the financing of its energy transition strategy

Eight Advisory provided financial modelling services to Hansea, and their shareholders DWS Group Infrastructure, as part of the capex financing to fund more than 200 new electric buses and 12 new depots.
Hansea is Belgium’s largest private bus company. In addition to the public transport companies, Hansea’s customers also include large industrial companies, public authorities, railway companies, schools and travel agencies. As part of its energy transition strategy, the company plans to convert 80% of its public transport bus fleet to zero emissions by 2030 and to achieve full conversion by 2035.
