Eight Advisory supported Zero100 on its growth investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC (LLCP), founded in 1984, is a middle-market private equity firm with a 40-year track record of investing across multiple target sectors. LLCP currently has $10.0 billion in assets under management and offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Miami, London, Stockholm, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. The firm employs a differentiated structured private equity investment strategy that combines debt and equity investments in portfolio companies. 

The transaction aims to accelerate Zero100’s technology, data, research and talent capabilities, strengthen the team, enable further product and service innovation and build on the company’s significant momentum in the market. This growth investment supports Zero100’s mission to help supply chain leaders reinvent the way the world produces, distributes and consumes goods, addressing board-level supply chain objectives driven by the increasing complexity of commerce and technological advancement. 

Zero100 will continue to be led by Co-Founder and CEO Olly Sloboda and the existing management team.
