Eight Advisory supported Straco portfolio company Cedo in its acquisition of Plasta Group

Cedo has acquired Plasta Group, one of Europe’s largest polyethylene recyclers, producers and suppliers of sustainable plastic products. 

Cedo, a market leader in supplying consumer household cleaning products under their customers retailer brands and their own brand Paclan (one of Europe’s leading household brands). Cedo are also operators of Europe’s largest plastic film recycling centre in Geleen and are experts in recycling post-consumer waste into refuse sacks and indoor bin liners. 

The acquisition of Plasta Group, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, strengthens Cedo’s position as the largest integrated circularity platform for flexible plastic films servicing Europe.
