Salko-Bau GmbH is a private civil engineering company specialising in telecommunications in Lower Saxony (Germany) with a strong focus on fibre optic expansion projects. As a strategic partner to telecommunications network operators and local authorities, the company generated a turnover of over 40 million euros in 2023 with more than 60 employees.
The acquisition of Salko-Bau GmbH by Circet represents a significant strategic expansion and strengthens Circet’s position as a dominant player in the European telecoms infrastructure sector. It will also enhance Circet’s capabilities in the execution of large-scale fibre roll-out projects and strengthen its partnerships with telecom network operators and municipalities across Germany. The integration of Salko-Bau GmbH’s expertise and resources is expected to drive growth and innovation and further cement Circet’s commitment to delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure solutions across the continent.
