Eight Advisory expands its Strategy & Operations team with the arrival of Adam Bradley

Adam Bradley is a seasoned consultant specialising in value creation, turnaround strategy and operations transformation.

He works with private equity investors, company boards and leadership teams to create business plans and drive profit growth. His expertise also includes operational and commercial due diligence, carve-out planning and post-merger integration, focusing on industries such as TMT, retail, healthcare and infrastructure. He has previously held senior positions at FTI Consulting and Alvarez & Marsal and has extensive experience working with private equity, lenders and infrastructure investors.

As a Partner at Eight Advisory, he will be part of  the existing Strategy & Operations unit in London and lead on UK turnaround services and European Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure working with Christian Berling, Transaction Services Partner, Lionel Gerard, Transaction Services & Project Finance Partner and Nick Breadner Strategy & Operations Partner. The team’s focus is  to provide clients with insights to drive market penetration, revenue and long-term transformation as they navigate volatile environments and optimise future M&A positions. His experience will be instrumental in developing robust business strategies and operational excellence for Eight Advisory’s clients.
