Eight Advisory supported Circet España in its acquisition of business activities from Comfica 

Circet is the number 1 Network Service Provider in Europe and a major player of the fast-growing global telecommunications industry. With operations in 13 countries in Europe, North Africa and America, the company serves leading telecom service providers and manufacturers, tower companies, governments and local players working towards bridging the rural digital divide, private and government-owned large companies, as well as smart cities that own network infrastructures. 

Comfica is a Spanish company specialising in the engineering, development, construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fixed and mobile telecommunications networks.  

The agreement, finalised on June 18th, 2024, includes exclusively Comfica’s former activities on Telefonica’s fixed network in the provinces of A Coruña, Lugo, Orense, Pontevedra, Malaga, Barcelona, Lerida, Madrid and Melilla. The acquisition is expected to generate more than €60 million in annual sales (based on 2023 figures) and significantly expands Circet España’s geographical footprint.
