Eight Advisory provided financial services to Circet España in its acquisition of business activities from Comfica, a Spanish Telecommuncations contractor

Comfica is a Spanish company specialising in the engineering, development, construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fixed and mobile telecommunications networks.
The agreement, finalised on June 18th, 2024, includes exclusively Comfica’s former activities on Telefonica’s fixed network in the provinces of A Coruña, Lugo, Orense, Pontevedra, Malaga, Barcelona, Lerida, Madrid and Melilla. The acquisition is expected to generate more than €60 million in annual sales (based on 2023 figures) and significantly expands Circet España’s geographical footprint.
