Eight Advisory assisted the Calderys Group with its second high-yield bonds offering and supported the management team in the preparation of the financial information and offering document.
The Calderys Group, a leading global provider for industries operating in high temperature conditions and specializes in consumable thermal protection products (known as refractories) used in high temperature application, flow and casting control additives and related complementary services completed an offering of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of 11.75% / 12.5% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2028. This second high-yield issuance for the Group marks a rare seen bond structure.
The proceeds of the offering will be used to effect a return of capital to the shareholders and to pay fees, commissions and related expenses in connection with the offering.
As has been the case for the first Calderys Group’s prior high-yield offering, Eight Advisory assisted the Management of the Group with preparation of financial information and offering document, with a Paris-based Capital Market team led by Partner Vincent de Montgolfier and Myriam Montillot.
