The Eight Advisory Avocats’ Corporate M&A team assisted lead investor AFI Ventures (a Ventech impact fund) on the Series Seed financing of Nova Carbon.
Nova Carbon is a deeptech startup specialising in the development, design and sale of products and semi-finished products made from recycled carbon fibres, the design of machine tools and industrial technical equipment and the licencing of the corresponding patents.
