The Eight Advisory team provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence services on behalf of Eskimoz in support of its acquisition of Semtrix.
Semtrix is a German digital marketing agency specialising in paid search (SEA) and natural search (SEO), search engine marketing, online reputation management and Amazon and social media optimisation. Located in Dusseldorf, the agency has over 500 clients and 50 employees.
With over 30 native consultants in each country, Eskimoz offers services in the areas of SEO, SEA, content marketing and performance measurement.
This acquisition will support Eskimoz’s ambitions to expand in Europe and internationally.
