TC Group continue their M&A strategy to expand across the UK following the merger with Citroen Wells.
Citroen Wells is a London-based accountancy practice providing accounting, tax, audit, bookkeeping and other business services advice to individual clients and corporates in London.
The team in charge of financial due diligence was composed of Jon Broom and Cameron Purves.
