Eight Advisory supported Motion Equity Partners on its investment in Axience Group
The Eight Advisory team provided financial due diligence services to Motion Equity Partners on its investment in Axience Group, acquiring a stake alongside its founder and CEO, Laurent Flaus.
Axience Group is a leading French laboratory specialising in the development and commercialisation of veterinary pharmaceuticals. Founded in 2001, the Group develops and commercializes pharmaceutical and OTC products primarily for pets, under its two brands Axience and Anidev.
The aim of this strategic partnership between Motion Equity Partners and Axience is to accelerate the Group’s development and expand its presence in Europe.
