Eight Advisory Grand Ouest strengthens its team to help companies in difficulty
Eight Advisory, Europe's leading independent advisory firm specialising in transactions, restructurings and transformations, is strengthening its team to support companies in difficulty in its offices in the Greater West of France.
Based in Nantes since 2014 and in Rennes since 2021, Eight Advisory’s Grand Ouest team, led by Bertrand Perrette, supports investors and companies in the region (SMEs, mid-caps companies, family or cooperative groups) in their sale and acquisition transactions as well as in situations of underperformance and difficulty. The Grand Ouest team now has more than 20 professionals dedicated to supporting companies in difficulty.
Julien Poirier joins the Eight Advisory Grand Ouest team as Director to support the development of this activity. He has fifteen years of experience in corporate restructuring, gained in various consulting companies, and has been working in the Grand Ouest region for ten years.
