Eight Advisory supported Elysian Capital on its acquisition of Activate Group Limited and Activate Accident Repair Group Limited
The Eight Advisory UK team provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence and tax structuring advice to Elysian Capital on its acquisition of Activate Group Limited and Activate Accident Repair Group Limited.
Activate provides accident management services to insurers and corporate fleet operators via its MRN and Sopp+Sopp brands, undertaking the vehicle repairs either in-house through its own network of repair centres (Activate Accident Repair) or externally through a network of third-party repairers.
Elysian’s investment, from its third fund (Elysian Capital III LP), alongside Management will help drive the expansion of Activate’s in-house capacity around the UK.
