Eight Advisory, a leading European independent consulting firm specialising in Transactions, Restructuring, and Transformation, is pleased to announce its further international expansion with the appointment of five new Partners in its UK and French offices, bringing the firm’s total number of partners to 92:

1. Caley Mogg has been promoted to Tax Partner in the UK,
2. Adrien Le Blevec has been promoted to CFO partner in France,
3. Fabrizio Bertozzi has been promoted to Strategy & Operations Partner in France,
4. Sandrine Vouillon has been promoted to Transaction Services Partner in France,
5. Kevin Peau has been promoted to Tax Partner in France.

Caley Mogg has been promoted to Partner in Eight Advisory’s Transaction Tax team in London. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh and has since built extensive experience working on transactions for both corporate and private equity clients, including two years working in industry. He has experience across deal sizes and cross sector and will support Eight Advisory in developing both the UK and broader European tax practices.

Adrien Le Blévec has been promoted to Partner in the CFO Advisory and Transformation Finance team of Eight Advisory in Paris. Adrien started his career at EY in 2010 and worked in audit and financial advisory services in France and in Australia. He joined Eight advisory in 2021 and brought with him his experience supporting CFOs in merger and integration contexts and developed a strong expertise in structuring and transforming the finance function. Adrien will support Eight Advisory in the development of CFO Advisory services towards Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Fabrizio Bertozzi has been promoted to partner in the Strategy & Operations team at Eight Advisory in Paris. He is a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management and has extensive experience in consulting, having started in 2012 at consulting firms specialising in supply chains, operational excellence and strategic transformation. He joined Eight Advisory in 2018, bringing his operational expertise to create value for his clients in complex situations, whether transactional (carve out / post-merger integration) or non-transactional contexts that require deep operational expertise to define strategy and ensure execution.

Sandrine Vouillon has been promoted to partner in Eight Advisory’s Transaction Services team in Lyon. She has graduated from Paris Dauphine University and began her career in Audit and Transaction Services at Mazars Paris in 2012, before joining Eight Advisory Lyon in 2019. Sandrine has gained expertise in supporting corporate accounts and private equity firms with financial due diligence in their transaction operations during its 11 years of professional experience, in various sectors such as Software, Distribution, Industry and Brokerage.

Kevin Peau has been promoted to partner within the French Tax team of Eight Advisory in Paris. He is graduated from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master 2 degree in tax law) and has been admitted to the Paris Bar. Kevin started his career, as tax lawyer, in the international tax services department of EY Société d’Avocats in Paris. He joined Eight Advisory in 2019 to launch the French tax practice together with Guillaume Rembry and the starting team. With more than 10 years of experience, Kevin has gained an extensive experience in transaction tax (buy-side or sell-side tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modelling, etc.) assisting both corporate clients and investment funds as part of their cross-border acquisitions/sales projects, with a focus on the infrastructure field (greenfield and brownfield). He will support the growth of Eight Advisory’s transaction services with an emphasis on the infrastructure projects.
