With this transaction, the Siparex Group will become the majority shareholder of Sodikart, a Nantes-based company internationally renowned for its expertise and innovation in karting. This transaction will allow Sodikart to continue its growth, in particular through a rapid transition to electrification of its karts. The company also plans to develop smaller indoor tracks adapted to urban environments and is looking into the possibility of setting up in shopping malls, places where the use of internal combustion engines was previously unthinkable.
