Eight Advisory supports Naxicap Partners in the sale of ECF Group to PAI Partners
The financial advisory firm Eight Advisory assisted Naxicap Partners, a French private equity firm, in the sale of ECF Group Equity, an international group that distributes equipment for the hotel, restaurant and healthcare industries, to PAI Partners, a French investment fund.
Eight Advisory performed the financial, tax and IT due diligence.
