OpSec Security, a global leader in brand protection solutions, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Zacco, a leading intellectual property (IP) management company. The combined business will offer full lifecycle IP and brand optimization, monetization, and protection solutions to some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Zacco is a leading European intellectual property service provider that traces its origins from 1870, offering a range of services across Scandinavia and Northern Europe from patent filing and trademark registration to digital brand protection.
