Eight Advisory performed the financial due diligence of Amware Fulfillment on behalf of Staci

The acquisition of the US-based company, which operates 15 facilities across the country with 500 employees and reported 2022 revenue of $196 million, significantly strengthens Staci’s presence in the United States, as well as its e-commerce fulfillment capability.

The Staci Group now employs 3,500 people across 81 warehouses in eight countries (France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United States) and expects consolidated revenue in excess of €800 million in 2023.

Since 2019, the investment fund Ardian has been the majority shareholder of Staci.
