Eight Advisory continues to strengthen its restructuring capibilities in Germany with the appointment of Dr. Christian Czernay
Eight Advisory, a leading consulting firm in Transactions, Restructuring, and Transformation, expands its German Restructuring and Performance Improvement team and continues its growth in Germany.
Dr. Christian Czernay, 40 years old, has been appointed as Director in the Restructuring and Performance Improvement team at Eight Advisory Germany’s Munich office. Christian brings significant experience in advising corporate clients across a wide range of sectors from automotive to retail from the mid- and large-cap space.
Throughout his career, he has supported clients in a multitude of turnaround situations, ranging from restructurings, refinancings, carve-outs to pre-insolvencies and insolvency proceedings.
Christian joins from one of the Big Four consultancies where he was as a Senior Manager in the Business Recovers Services Team. Prior to this he worked in various positions focusing on restructuring and financing mandates and transaction advisory services.
Christian holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Gloucestershire and studied business law and finance in Düsseldorf and Lüneburg. He qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst and participated in the Executive Leadership Development Program of Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
