Staci, the international multi-channel logistics group, is continuing its development in France and abroad. After acquiring Eurodislog, Docsourcing, FDB, Logigônes and Base Logistics in recent years, it has announced its acquisition of the logistics company LM2S, offering an exit to Isatis Capital.

LM2S provides last-mile logistics services, essentially for the management of spare parts for on-site maintenance.
This operation will enable Staci to strengthen its last-mile distribution activity and to further grow in the spare parts sector.
The Eight Advisory teams were composed of:
