Qube is a UK managed telecom networks operator and partner to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), specialising in the in-home and last mile markets. Qube carries out maintenance, repair, optimisation and installation work.
Circet is a major global player in the fast-growing global telecommunications industry, operating in 14 countries and serving leading telecom service providers and manufacturers.
The acquisition of Qube will see the Circet Group further strengthen its range of services to the UK telecom service market and enable them to strengthen the last-mile proposition to altnets and full fibre network builders.
The financial due diligence team comprised of Jonathan Broom, Amen Sangha, William Doyle and Ellice Antonelli.
