Financial and tax DD of Culturespaces related to its sale by Engie

Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Avocats conducted the financial and tax due diligence on behalf of Engie in connection with its sale of Culturespaces to IDI and Chevrillon.
Engie is a French multinational utility company operating in the fields of energy transition, production and distribution of electricity, natural gas, nuclear, renewable energies and oil.
Created in 1990, Culturespaces is the fifth largest cultural player in France for monuments, museums and arts centers. It is the pioneer of digital art centers and immersive exhibitions in the world. It has 14 establishments, 400 employees and more than 4.6 million visitors per year.
IDI and Chevrillon are investment companies. Created 30 years ago, the Chevrillon Group is an investment company with permanent capital. Created 50 years ago, IDI is one of the very first private equity investment companies in France.
This operation will allow Engie to refocus on its core business.
