Financial and tax BDD of 3rd Street Group for RX
The Eight Advisory UK Team provided buyside financial and tax due diligence to RX (Reed Exhibitions, part of RELX) on its acquisition of 3rd Street Group.
3rd Street Group is the owner and organiser of Big Data LDN. Big Data LDN is one of the UK’s largest data and analytics conferences and exhibitions, hosting leading data, analytics experts and suppliers. The event brings together the data and analytics community in a unique exhibition format for the sector, including a superior, end user-led conference programme. The event takes place in the autumn at Olympia. Big Data LDN will join the RX portfolio in the UK, with founder Bill Hammond remaining as its event director.
RX is in the business of building businesses for individuals, communities and organisations. It elevates the power of face to face events by combining data and digital products to help customers learn about markets, source products and complete transactions at over 400 events in 22 countries across 43 industry sectors. RX is part of RELX, a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers.
