R&G Fluid Power is a specialised distributor based in Preston, UK supplying a range of fluid power components and services, primarily to the aftermarket across a breadth of industrial sectors.
R&G Fluid Power operates across four divisions – Hydraulics, Industrial, Gaskets & Pneumatics – to service the UK fluid power MRO market, with significant presence across the North-West.
The acquisition of R&G Fluid Power will strengthen Diploma’s market position in the Seals Sector business and its ongoing development in the UK.
The team in charge of the financial due diligence was composed of Justin Welstead, Daniel Parsons and William Doyle.
The Tax due diligence team was headed by Dean Lake and Tom Sykes.
