Support to Icade Promotion in its acquisition of a majority stake in M&A Immobilier

Created in 1954, Icade is a French real estate group. It combines investment in commercial and healthcare real estate with the development of residential and commercial properties and major urban facilities to contribute to the emergence of the cities of tomorrow. Icade Promotion develops office and residential projects, as well as major public facilities and healthcare establishments throughout France.

The M&A Group is a real estate developer and planner established in Montpellier since 2004. It offers new housing, retail and office space to local authorities, individuals, investors and institutional investors (through its Kalithys brand).

This transaction will enable Icade Promotion to strengthen its position in the Occitanie region.
