Financial and tax BDD to LexisNexis on its acquisition of Caselex
The Eight Advisory UK Team provided buyside financial and tax due diligence to LexisNexis (part of RELX) on its acquisition of Caselex.
Caselex is a provider of merger control intelligence and is based in Utrecht in the Netherlands. The company was founded in 2015 and has one of the largest market definition databases, with 52,000 market definitions from 17,000 merger control decisions – collated and translated from 55 Competition Authorities across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Oceania.
