Eight Advisory performed the financial and tax due diligences, the structuring work, as well as the financial model review on behalf of Vauban Infrastructure Partners and Vauban Infra Fibre (VIF).
Towerlink is the owner, operator, and developer of urban edge data centres. This transaction would further strengthen VIF’s partnership with Bouygues Telecom, Towerlink’s main customer and one of France’s leading telecommunications operators.
