Eight Advisory team supported Jonckers in support of its merger with Acclaro
The Eight Advisory team provided financial due diligence, tax due diligence and synergy assessment services to Jonckers (portfolio company of Mayfair Equity Partners) in support of its merger with Acclaro.
Jonckers, a leading language services provider (“LSP”) is merging with Acclaro, an international strategic translation and localization agency. The combination will provide an expanded range of AI-powered language services to the Group’s diverse blue-chip clients.
- The team in charge of financial due diligence was composed of Jonathan Broom, Partner, Jamie Elder, Manager and Amen Sangha, Director.
- The tax team was led by Dean Lake, Tax Partner.
- The strategy and operations team consisted of Nick Breadner, Partner, Heidi Lai, Senior Manager and Michael Forrest, Manager.
