The Eight Advisory UK Team provided buyside financial & tax due diligence and tax structuring services to bd-capital portfolio company Ascenti on its acquisition of Six Physio.
Ascenti is a leading provider of physiotherapy and selected clinical outsourcing services and is the largest private employer of physios in the UK.
Six Physio was founded in 1996 and has grown to comprise of nine private physio clinic sites in around London with a team of more than 60 clinicians.
The Eight Advisory financial team comprised of Rupert Templeman, Sam Conn and Archie Tawney.
