Kay joined Eight Advisory as Equity Partner, bringing over 20 years of professional experience, including both acquisition (buy-side) and vendor (sell-side) transaction support and valuation services to international strategic players and financial investors alike.

Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Kay was Managing Director at Accuracy and previously spent over 12 years with a Big 4 firm, advising global corporate clients and private equity houses primarily on complex, cross-border carve-out transactions and valuation matters.

Throughout his career, Kay has supported major international clients across diverse industries including Chemicals & Raw Materials, Industrials, Healthcare/Medtech, Business Services and Tech. His expertise encompasses buy-side and sell-side due diligence, carve-out processes, financial business plan preparation, as well as synergy identification and valuation. Kay holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Giessen.
