Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is surely the Eight Advisory value that resonates most with me, and steers with it the other two values of Respect and Excellence. In my professional career (but also on the personal side), I have led various entrepreneurial projects, which create value for the firms or banks where I have led them and bring real added value to the clients we advise. But these initiatives would not have been possible without great teams, who are passionate about their work and who also strive for Excellence and overdelivery in each and every project carried out, and within whom great mutual Respect is essential to go further together.
