Dennis joined Eight Advisory in 2018 when the German practice was established in Frankfurt am Main.

Dennis is specialized in Due Diligence including Financial Due Diligence, Financial SPA Advice, Carve-out Financials & Closing Accounts Advisory on buy-side as well as sell-side.

He is focused on the Technology (TMT & e-commerce) and Healthcare & Med-Tech and works for private equity as well as corporate clients.

Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Dennis worked for a Big 4 firm in Transaction Advisory Services in Germany and Turkey for eight years.
