Andrea has been the Partner in charge of Forensic & Litigation Services at New Deal Advisors / Eight Advisory Italy since 2017. Since 2022, he has also been a member of the Eight International Forensic & Dispute Resolution network.

Andrea has over 20 years of experience in the forensic and litigation services market, supporting clients in litigation services, financial and accounting investigations, and corporate compliance matters. He works closely with both local and international law firms and advises large corporations across specialized industries, including telecommunications, retail, construction, aviation, pharmaceuticals, and banking.

He has led numerous corporate investigations, including major fraudulent bankruptcy and corruption cases in Italy, and has acted as an expert witness in civil, criminal, and arbitration proceedings before courts and arbitration panels.

Andrea serves as President and member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 for both national and multinational corporations. In this capacity, he has also acted as an expert before the Italian courts and regularly supports companies on compliance-related engagements.

He previously served as Adjunct Professor of Governance and Financial Markets, Empirical Legal Studies, and Damages Assessment at University of Milan.

Andrea is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Certified Auditor.

A native Italian speaker, he is also fluent in English.
