Antoine Gaudron has been promoted to partner in 2025 in the Strategy & Operations team at Eight Advisory.

He graduated from the Telecom SudParis Engineering School and started his career at BearingPoint in 2008 working as a consultant in the Operations team. He developed strong operational skills in areas such as supply chain management, logistics, distribution, manufacturing and business planning for sectors such as retail, consumer goods and B2B industries.

His extensive experience in managing complex cross-functional projects enables him to design efficient operating models for his clients and to lead large-scale transformations hand in hand with C-level executives.

In 2020, Antoine joined Eight Advisory’s Strategy & Operations practice, where he now supports the growth of our activities with a focus on both strategy and operations transformation, particularly in the context of M&A transaction execution.
