Adam works with investors, boards and executive teams to build robust business plans and deliver profit growth and value creation. He acts as an adviser, programme leader and in interim management roles.

He specialises in private equity performance improvement and value creation and also has deep experience in turnaround and operational restructuring. Adam also works pre-deal on operational and commercial due diligence.

Adam operates across a wide number of sectors. He has particular expertise in telecommunications and digital infrastructure and leads the sector team in Europe. He also has extensive experience in pharmaceuticals. life sciences and healthcare.

Before joining Eight Advisory Adam was a Partner at FTI Consulting and Alvarez & Marsal. He also worked as a lawyer.
