Eight Advisory supported Naxicap Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in APF Autoparts

Eight Advisory provided buy-side financial, tax and ESG due diligence services as well as tax structuring services to Naxicap Partners as part of the transaction.

APF Autoparts, founded in 1999, has established itself as a key European player in the distribution of automotive spare parts, particularly OEM parts for Asian car brands. The group operates across six European countries and supplies clients in over 50 markets, supported by a robust logistics network and advanced digital B2B platforms.
This strategic partnership marks a new phase for APF Autoparts. The founding shareholders will retain a significant minority stake and remain actively involved in steering the Group’s future growth initiatives, including digitalisation, product diversification, and cross-border expansion.
