2025 Women’s Talent Awards
Eight Advisory is proud to be a partner of the 2025 Women's Talent Awards, organised by France Invest.
The aim of this award is to highlight the women who make private equity shine and to promote companies’ commitment to gender equality. As an advisory firm committed to a more inclusive industry, we fully support this initiative and call on the entire ecosystem to work together to identify the female talent to be promoted.
Award categories
This year, seven trophies will be awarded in three main categories:
1. Female Participation Leaders
- Director or co-director of a start-up
- CEO or co-CEO of an SME or an ETI
2. Private Equity Professionals (Jury Prize)
- Young Talent
- Confirmed Talent
- Partner
- Operating Partner
3. Dedicated management company
- Award for an exemplary company in terms of gender diversity and equality, which is characterised by concrete measures and measurable results.
