Eight Advisory provided buy-side financial & tax due diligence and tax structuring to Cap10 Partners portfolio company, Sureserve Group, as part of the transaction.
Sureserve has announced the £56.4 million acquisition of Kinovo plc, a leading provider of specialist compliance and sustainability solutions.
Sureserve, one of the UK’s leading energy and compliance services providers, and pioneering end-to-end energy transition planning, delivers a range of essential and affordable heating, renewables, energy efficiency and compliance solutions to social housing and the public sector including a number of Local Authorities and housing associations across the UK.
Kinovo plc provides specialist property services to social housing registered providers, housing associations and local authorities, ensuring safety, compliance, and sustainability. Through expert property maintenance, it supports clients in meeting strict regulatory requirements while delivering energy-efficient and future-proof solutions.
The acquisition will deepen Sureserve’s service offering and increase its geographic coverage.
