Eight Advisory supported Charterhouse and Novétude’s management on the sale of a minority stake in the group’s capital to Peugeot Invest and Hayfin Capital

Eight Advisory advised Charterhouse Capital Partners and the Management of Novétude Group, as part of the acquisition of a minority stake by Peugeot Invest and Hayfin Capital in the group’s capital. After the completion of this transaction, Charterhouse will remain the principal shareholder of Novétude.
