BT exploring Edge DC play via towers arm

Eight Advisory’s Mark Menzies views BT’s potential move into edge data centres as part of a broader trend among major tower operators. He highlights that firms like Cellnex and American Tower have successfully leveraged prime infrastructure locations – close to fibre, power, and demand centres – to expand into edge computing and unlock new revenue streams.
