Eight Advisory Real Estate team provided financial due diligence and valuation services to Compagnie des Alpes on its acquisition of a 33% stake in Terrésens, a key player in the development and operation of premium hospitality residences in the French Alps.
Founded in 2008, Terrésens currently operates 11 residences and has a significant pipelineof new developments. Its business model, complementary to that of MMV (integrated into Compagnie des Alpes in 2022), strengthens the Group’s real estate development capabilities in mountain resorts.
This strategic transaction marks the first step toward a potential increase to 80% ownership within 3 to 4 years, strengthening Compagnie des Alpes’ position as the leading operator of high-occupancy accommodation in the Alps.
